Spohr Holsters, grips, optics, barrel

Answering a few quick questions that I keep getting.

Optics mounts for the Spohr

Don’t mind the blue thread locker residue. All of the Spohr revolvers (except the Club) are drilled and tapped for Smith and Wesson scope bases.

Grips for the Spohr

The revolver will come with nice grips but if you want something different L frame S&W grips fit but will need a small cut out in them on the inside. It’s obvious what needs modified when you remove the factory grips.

Holsters for the Spohr

Any leather holster that fits the S&W 686 will fit the Spohr revolvers. I have not tried kydex….but who puts a nice gun in a plastic holster anyways.

Spohr’s barrel

The barrel is a two piece design with an outer sleeve/shroud with a round inner barrel. The inner barrel is polygonal rifled.

As I found with customs in my shop the two piece barrel design is generally more accurate than a one piece design. This probably has to do with stress applied during machining of a one piece vs two piece.
