I have been retired over two years now as the owner of Bayside Custom Gunworks. Past customers have continuously reached out trying to find someone to fit muzzle brakes to TC barrels.
I have elected to offer a limited service fitting brakes to TC Contender and Encore barrels.
Muzzle brake installs will include:
- Threading your barrel
- Crowing your barrel
- Boring and timing a Harrel muzzle brake to your barrel
- Finishing your barrel
Finishing for stainless barrels will be either spin polish like the barrel show above or matte bead blast.
Blued barrels will have a stainless brake fit and blended close to the barrel.
Turn around time will be approximately 4-6 weeks. Absolutely no rush orders.
Return shipping is included.
Only stainless barrels will have a seamless fit like shown above.
Please ship your barrel in a box 3” longer than your barrel so that it can be used to return your barrel.
The price is exactly the same as I charged over two years ago before retirement. This service is being offered to help out the handgun hunting market I have supported and has supported me for over two decades.

Do you thread barrels for silencers?
I’m only going to work on tc barrels. I can cut just threads. My charge will be exactly the same as fitting a brake.
